Simpatico Roberto is known as the producer of the Future Beat Investigators, responsible for their massive success on labels like Raw Fusion or Sonarkollektiv, also responsible for oldschool-ish Housebombs on Laka or Frisbee Tracks, the man behind Track N Field´s "Marathon" album on Nine2five Recordings and judged by the editorials from the Straight No Chaser Magazine to be the hottest shit in the deep & electronic scene.

So far, some might also know him as a part of the Acid Kings (Sähkö Recordings/ Keys Of Life) or for the 90s Deephouse he dropped via Stereodeluxe. Others may have come across Roberto because Deep Dish voted "All I Want" their track of the year 2007. Heavyweights like Mad Mike (Underground Resistance), Laurent Garnier, Timo Maas, Âme, Prince Thomas, Sasse, DJ T or Trickski respect him for his tight and versatile club tracks. For those who don't know him so far, well - are you really interested in real House music?!?

Well, Compost Blacklabel gives you the next chance to witness the unlimited production skills of Roberto. The inspiration to "Ride With Me" initially came from an Al Green song. Roberto started to making a remix of the song and build the whole track around Mr. Greens' vocals. It was just a nice classic soul track. After the music was ready, he sent the track to Max C who then came up with the idea of combining vocal elements from modern hiphop club tunes with kind of classic house vocals. The B-Side "Too Late" is a pure deephouse odysse in the vein of Innervisions & Co…
